The worst roofing experience I've ever had. Came and did work without proper quote. Used the wrong colored shingles from two different lot numbers so now my roof is three different colors. Didn't call back after numerous calls telling them that some of the shingles they replaced flew off again within 1 month. Left nails all over the roof, yard, and driveway. Finally came to fix again after a few months...and then added late fees and threat of collection without a call back.
The work on the house may be fine... the crew got in and out in one day... but it's now supposed to rain tonight and several houses are going to have soggy felt paper embedded in our yards... I'm not impressed.
Okay. Today was a predicted windy day but the crew that did the work 3 houses from mine did not take any extra care with project debris. There are pieces of felt paper in the yard of the 2 houses downwind from where they worked -- both senior citizens who won't be able to deal with the mess left in their yards. (Both of those yards really need to be raked to clean up the pieces of felt paper.) And neighbors across the street were picking up larger pieces and shingle wrappers that landed in their yard.
When my husband went to talk to the crew, they made a minor effort but didn't do enough...
