Quick and easy unlike NYC where I used to live. Buffalo is much calmer. Just a heads up, they do close for a period of time during lunch hours. It's funny how things are reversed here. As a New Yorker, we'd go out on our lunch break to mail out packages. Also, there is no kiosk system here.
Someone needs to look into the staff at this location and find out why they are not doing their job.
For the second week in a row, this office has failed miserably to get an overnight delivery out the door on time to be delivered to Texas.
